Two storeys with a gabled roof and a mixed-material facade give it a visual presence that sits comfortably in most settings. The floor area of just over 100 m² works efficiently for the two bedrooms, with a layout that puts practical daily use first.
Baufritz's patented wood shaving insulation and triple glazing deliver the thermal performance the brand is known for, and sustainable systems are integrated throughout. Interior rooms are well-proportioned and naturally lit, and modern technology is built in as standard rather than optional.
Customisation of finishes and internal configuration is available, and all German engineering standards apply. UK compliance is confirmed on a project by project basis.
