Clifton
About This Home
The Clifton (mod109uk) is a second variant of Baufritz's Clifton design, covering the same 210 m² floor area but configured with six bedrooms and four bathrooms rather than eight and three. The ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms is notably higher than in the first variant, making this the more generously appointed of the two.
The ecological timber frame, patented wood shaving insulation, and triple glazing deliver strong energy performance and superior air quality throughout. Large windows maintain a strong visual connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape, and the pitched roof gives it a slightly more traditional external character than the flat-roofed variant.
Chemical-free, allergy-friendly materials are used throughout, and the open-plan layout promotes a sense of contemporary flow. UK compliance is confirmed per project.
What We Love
Four bathrooms across six bedrooms gives the Clifton mod109uk an en-suite ratio that most homes at this size do not reach. A well-appointed large family home with Baufritz's full ecological specification.
