The mixed material facade gives the exterior a modern, resolved appearance.

The ecological timber frame uses Baufritz's proprietary wood shaving insulation throughout. An advanced heating system, eco-friendly water heating, and large energy-efficient windows are standard. The layout supports open-plan configurations and adaptable room arrangements, with home automation features available. The allergy-friendly material standard applies as it does across the full Baufritz range.
