About This Home

Baufritz has been manufacturing timber homes in Bavaria since 1896, and the Remiger is a strong example of their approach to contemporary design with traditional undertones. Two storeys, a modern pitched roof, and a mixed-material facade create a facade that is clean and balanced without being austere. At just under 86 m², the floor plan delivers well-proportioned rooms that are designed to maximise natural light.

Baufritz's patented wood shaving insulation and triple-glazed windows underpin the energy performance, and the construction uses ecological materials throughout. All German building regulations apply, and integrated sustainable systems reduce ongoing resource consumption. The five bedrooms make this one of the more efficient floor-to-bedroom ratios in the Baufritz range.

Customisation on layouts and finishes is available. UK compliance is confirmed on a project by project basis.

What We Love
