The facade makes use of premium materials with a degree of artistic intention that distinguishes it from the more restrained entries in the range. High-performance triple glazing is a specific feature of the Van Dyck, going beyond the standard double-glazed specification found in many of the other Baufritz models. Baufritz's proprietary wood shaving insulation is used throughout, alongside the ecological timber frame construction that applies across the range. Eco-friendly water heating and energy-efficient systems are standard.
