Baufritz has been building timber homes in Bavaria since 1896, and the Vorsprung, which translates roughly as 'lead' or 'advantage', is designed around technical advancement. The two-storey layout measures 12.58 x 8.20 metres, with a progressive contemporary facade and a modern low-pitch roof that gives it a forward-leaning character distinct from the brand's more traditional models.
Advanced wood shaving insulation and state-of-the-art triple glazing deliver strong energy performance, and the home integrates home automation options that extend beyond the basics. The floor plan uses flexible contemporary layouts, and the construction meets rigorous German building regulations throughout.
At just over 103 m² with five bedrooms, the Vorsprung achieves an efficient bedroom-to-floor-area ratio. Customisation on finishes and internal configuration is available.
