Baufritz has been building ecological timber homes since 1896, and the Will is a two-storey design with a modern pitched roof and mixed material facade. At just under 100 m², the floor plan is compact relative to the bedroom count of six, so the rooms are designed for efficiency. The contemporary facade finish gives it a different feel to the more traditionally referenced models in the Baufritz portfolio.
Baufritz's ecological timber frame uses their proprietary wood shaving insulation throughout, with energy-efficient heating, energy-efficient windows, and modern home automation available within the specification. Thoughtful accessibility features are also incorporated. The allergy-friendly material standard applies across the build, consistent with the full Baufritz range.
The Will is a practical choice for buyers who need more bedrooms than most compact designs can accommodate and want Baufritz's ecological credentials at a lower price point than the larger models. Interior configurations and finishes are customisable. German engineering standards apply, with UK compliance confirmed project by project.
