About This Home
The ART 5 Sample 1 is a two-storey HUF HAUS model at 142 m², with a flat roof and the post-and-beam construction system that allows for the cantilevered elements the ART 5 series is known for. Cantilevered sections create covered outdoor areas below and additional living space above, and give the building a more dynamic three-dimensional form than a simple rectangular block. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms sit across the two floors.
Triple glazing, high-performance thermal insulation, and an integrated heat pump are standard. Interior layouts and premium finishes are fully customisable. Smart home readiness is included as an option. The open-plan ground floor and balcony connections to the upper level are consistent with the ART range.
Certified sustainable materials are used throughout. UK compliance is confirmed per project.
