The MTB Seven White is the premium version of KC Modular Buildings' L-shaped 48 m² model. The white composite cladding distinguishes it visually from the standard MTB Seven, and the specification is upgraded throughout: superior insulation, double-glazed aluminium windows, and optional solar panels. Smart heating and lighting controls are available as an option, adding a layer of modern convenience.
The configuration can accommodate 2 to 6 bedrooms depending on how the layout is arranged, with up to 2 bathrooms. External decking creates an enclosed courtyard space. Construction uses the same EPDM rubber roofing and steel frame as the standard range. A strong option for buyers who want the L-shaped footprint but with a more refined finish.
