About This Home
The MTB Six Plus is KC Modular Buildings' flagship residential model at 60 m², positioned as a full home rather than an annexe or garden building. The single-storey steel frame construction has been compared to a spacious bungalow and can accommodate up to four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with full kitchen facilities included. EPDM rubber roofing and premium composite cladding are standard.
The design can accommodate up to eight residents depending on configuration. Optional air conditioning, solar panels, and eco-friendly materials extend the specification. The build meets UK building regulations with comprehensive plumbing and electrical installations throughout. Planning permissions and substantial site preparation are both required, so buyers should account for those lead times early in the process. A 10-year structural warranty is included.
