The MTB T takes a T-shaped footprint, which creates three naturally separated zones within a 52 m² single-storey build. This makes it particularly well suited to uses where clear spatial separation matters: therapy spaces, art studios, or home offices where clients and work areas need to be distinct. The steel frame and composite cladding construction follows the KC Modular Buildings standard, with high-performance insulation and double-glazed aluminium windows throughout.
Multiple access points can be incorporated, and optional solar panels and smart heating controls are available. The layout is customisable at order stage. Installation is handled professionally to UK building regulation standards. A strong option for buyers who need more than one distinct zone within a single-storey modular structure.
