It references the same traditional Scottish bothy aesthetic as the smaller R-Bothy Beag, but at a scale that works for larger groups or families rather than just a couple. The single-storey layout maintains the simple pitched roof form and traditional character, while modern construction methods and materials bring it up to current UK and Scottish building standards.
Superior insulation, high-quality glazing, and modern electrical and plumbing systems are all included. Flexible design options allow customisation of internal layout and finishes. The construction is designed for rural settings.
