The R3 is Rural House's third-generation contemporary model, described as advancing on both construction technique and technology integration. The footprint of 13.4 x 5.4 m delivers 72.36 m² across what appears to be a tighter rectangular plan than the R2, which makes the layout feel more resolved for smaller sites. Smart technology integration is built in, giving residents control over heating and energy systems.
The R3 steps up from the R2 with improved insulation performance, a more considered roof and foundation design, and advanced heating and cooling options. Accessibility features and enhanced outdoor spaces are also incorporated, making this version better suited to buyers with specific liveability requirements. All models in the Rural House range comply with UK and Scottish building regulations.
