The Minihus is the series overview model for Scandinavian Homes' compact range, spanning from 25 to 50 m². All models in the series use a closed-panel timber frame with mineral wool and PIR insulation and triple-glazed windows. Roof styles include pitched and mono-pitch options with mixed cladding. Multi-functional layouts and built-in storage are consistent across the range.

Air-to-water heat pump and solar panel options are available for off-grid or low-dependency use. Modern plumbing and electrical installations meet Irish standards throughout. The range works across primary residences, holiday homes, and home office applications. Build times run 12 to 14 weeks. A coherent family of small homes with a consistently strong energy specification.
