About This Home
The E7 is the mid-size model in Vessel UK's flat-roof range, extending the E5 footprint to 7 x 3 m and 21 m² of internal space. The additional two metres over the E5 makes a practical difference to how the space can be used: a single 21 m² room is more adaptable than a 15 m² one for anything requiring some separation of function. Siberian Larch cladding and a flat EPDM roof keep maintenance requirements low over time.
Multifoil insulation and double-glazed aluminium windows maintain the thermal performance of the smaller E5, and optional solar panels are available. Water connection and heating can be added as options, extending its suitability for all-year working use. Ground screw foundations, LED lighting, and multiple power and data points are standard. The 6 to 8 week delivery timeline and ten-year structural warranty are consistent across the Vessel range.
